Eligibility Criteria
- Clerk : Any Graduation with 55% Marks from recognized University.
- General Manager : Any post graduate from recognized University with 60% Marks. Preference would be given to candidates having degree of CAIIB/MBA with minimum 10 years’ experience (in Banking/ Any Financial Institution.)
- Senior Officer :Any Post Graduation with 60% Marks from recognized University. Preference would be given to candidates having 5 years’ experience in Banking/Any Financial Institution / Rural Economy Sector / Rural Co-operative Sector.
- Junior Officer : Any Graduation with 60% Marks from recognized University. Preference would be given to candidates having 2 years’ experience in Banking/Any Financial Institution / Rural Economy Sector/Rural Co-operative Sector.
All applicants for the mentioned positions must hold a Graduation/Post Graduation Degree. Candidates currently pursuing these degrees will not be eligible for consideration.
Proficiency in basic computer operations is a prerequisite for all candidates.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on an interview.

Salary
Candidates for positions 1 and 2 will receive a negotiated remuneration.
Candidates for position 3 and 4 will receive stipend of Rs.7500/- per month and Rs.6500/- per month respectively during the probation period of 2-years. After which the selected candidate will receive salary as per the rules and regulations of the bank.
